Snow day

Bring on winter, baby!

We got blasted today with our first significant snowstorm of the season--about 8 or 10 inches. It was great (well, except for the hour that Brad spent shoveling our whole driveway)! Brad got a snow day from school, so we all just cozied up inside with a fire going all day. We did venture outside for about 45 minutes with the kids. Peyton had a blast playing with his trucks in the snow and Sonja was definitely intrigued by it, but I think she had a hard time getting around in her snow boots. Check out the cute pics...









Even the dogs loved it (check out Hudson rolling around in it)...





Here's hoping for a delayed opening (and a few extra minutes of sleep) for Brad tomorrow morning...
