Day of Fluids

Today turned into a Day of Fluids.

I went in to Peyton's room this morning to get him up and ready for the day...and found barf all over his crib. A definite first for us. He apparently was not bothered by it at all and was quite happy and smiley. But it was pretty gross. It managed to get on his pajamas, sheets, and all 3 blankies. We're not sure if it happened in the middle of the night or right after he woke up (before I went in to get him), but it probably happened after a coughing fit (he's had a persistent cough for a while now).

Then, a few hours later, Sonja woke up from her morning nap...and was covered in poop up to her chest. She's had blow-outs before, but none this bad. This was a straight-to-bath poop. She didn't poop at all yesterday, so apparently she was making up for lost time with this one.

Now all we need is for the dogs to have some sort of nasty bodily-fluid episode.

Gross.
