No new pics
So, it’s been a while. I guess that we have been pretty distracted from our blogging responsibilities. We haven't taken any new pictures lately, so we'll slip in some old ones of our finest moments. Here’s what’s been up:

Carley resigned from her position at Watertown H.S. She isn’t sure where she will be this coming year. Unless the perfect job comes and knocks on our door, it will probably be home. We are currently cataloguing non-essential organs that we could sell in order to supplement our income. How many toes do you really need? Anyone shopping around for an appendix? Have I got a deal for you!

Brad is in the parade of end of year activities and projects at work. While it is fun to enjoy the kids as many of the things that we have worked on over the year come to full fruition, it is also the time to panic about all of the things that we have yet to cover in the next four weeks. A whole science unit? No problem.

Sonja keeps teasing us about crawling. She has been rocking on her knees for about a month now. She is also working on finger food. She can grab the food and get it to her mouth without a problem. It’s releasing the death grip on the Cheerio that is the challenge. She is testing the theory that she can eat the food by sucking on the fist around the food. Perhaps that will become the next fad diet. You can eat anything and everything you want, only you have to suck it out of a clenched fist in Cheerio sized bites.

Peyton is almost two. You wouldn’t know that he isn’t already there by interacting with him. Yes, he has been trying out some tantrum techniques as well as other activities that come with the territory. My personal favorite is when he walks over to the computer, stares at one of us until we make eye contact with him, and then the hands fly all over it. It’s not all bad. He is also very cute and helpful. He adores his little sister too.

We are working on the Challenge 2 and will post about that soon. We are also waiting to hear from Ash, Todd, and Jason on the OC challenge. We may have to compile our results without them. Slackers.

Thanks for choosing the grossest pictures you could find of all of us, honey.
Congratulations to Carley (and all of you!) Enjoy your time at home...you have the rest of your life to work!!
